How can I order a cake?
In the tab that says contact us you can e-mail us. Please provide the following information, and we will contact you as soon as possible:
 
Date of Event
Delivery time and location
Event theme/occasion (Birthday, Baby Shower, Wedding, ect.)
Number of people the cake needs to feed
Telephone number
Email address
Ideas of description of cake design you are thinking of.
 
How far in advance should I place my order? Is a deposit required?
To ensure freshness and outstanding customer service, we accept a limited number of orders per event date. We recommend reserving your date six weeks in advance.
 
A $50.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve the date.
50% of the total estimated cost is due one month prior to the event.
Final payment is due two weeks before the event date.

My event is this weekend, Can you still make me a cake?

This all depends on how many orders have been placed for that day. Since all orders should be placed weeks in advance to give us enough time to plan an expedited fee will be added to the bill depending on the type of cake needed.

Do you deliver?
Delivery is $30 in most cases but can be picked up from our location in Miami Springs if desired.

 
What methods of payment do you accept?
Cash and PayPal
 
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
All requests for cancellation must be in writing.
If cancellation is received two weeks prior to the event date, the deposit will be refunded less the reservation date fee of $50. No refund is given if cancelled within 5 days of the event.
